Set Your Limit at EU9 Before the First Round
Decide what an evening costs while the balance is still boring, then put that number in the account settings where it can hold you to it. A deposit cap, a cool-off and self-exclusion are all there from day one, none of them needs a conversation, and lowering a cap takes effect the moment you save it.
Put the number in before you sit down
A deposit cap limits what can go in over a day, a week or a month, and it is the one tool that works before anything has happened. Lower it and the new figure applies immediately. Raise it and a waiting period runs first, which is deliberate: the version of you asking for a higher cap at two in the morning is not the version that should be setting it.
Set it against the evening you plan rather than against the balance you happen to be holding. RM25 is the smallest top-up on the floor, which makes a weekly cap easy to pitch at a figure you would not mind losing. A session reminder sits beside it and will tell you how long you have been on the floor without you having to look at a clock.
Cool-off and self-exclusion, and what happens to the balance
A cool-off closes the account to play for a stretch you choose, from a day to a month. The balance is not touched and not forfeited; it waits. If it is over RM50 you can take it out first, by DuitNow, with the usual median of about three minutes.
Self-exclusion is the longer version and it is not reversible on request, which is the whole point of choosing it. Both live in the account settings next to the deposit cap, both take effect when you save them, and neither one requires you to explain yourself to a host first. If you would rather a host set it with you, live chat can do it while you are talking.
What the transaction history will tell you that a feeling will not
Open the history and read three columns rather than the total. The first is when the top-ups happened: deposits made in the middle of a session behave differently from deposits made between sessions, and the second kind is the healthier habit. The second is stake size straight after a loss, because a stake that grows to recover the last one is the pattern worth catching early.
The third is time of day, next to the number you set before you started. Every game here keeps a share of what passes through it and the figures are published rather than hidden: the baccarat banker bet keeps 1.06%, a single-zero wheel 2.70%, sic bo big or small 2.78%, dragon tiger 3.73%, and the slot shelf returns 96.4% on average across 1,940+ titles. None of that is a secret and none of it changes, which is exactly why the cap is the part you control.
18 and over, checked at the door and again at the payout
An account here is for players aged 18 and over. The name and the bank account asked for at registration are what make that checkable instead of merely stated, and an account opened for somebody under age is closed with the balance returned to where it came from.
The same check works at the other end. Money leaves only to a bank account in the account holder's own name, so an account somebody else has been using cannot be cashed out by them. That is worth knowing in a household where a phone is shared. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, the Befrienders helpline in Malaysia is 03-7627 2929, free and staffed around the clock, and a cool-off in the settings is something you can set in the same minute.
